Starting Your Business in Pakistan
While there are regulations on the use of business and trading names, permission is not required to establish a business in the PAKISTAN However, Finance, defence and oil exploration and some other regulated businesses are subject to license.
There is no minimum age limit in the Companies Act for the appointment of a director in England and Wales. However, Companies House recommends that companies should seek legal advice if they intend to have a very young person as a director. In Scotland, the minimum age limit is 18.
